Monique is a highly regarded senior business analyst with over 25 years experience.
Her past career includes working for a number of consultancies in the UK and Europe, on projects for blue-chip companies including ABB, KLM, Allianz, Prudential, Egg, Royal Liver, Barclays, Yorkshire Electricity, E.ON, the Metropolitan Police, and more.
At Silvercrest Consulting Monique has worked with clients including E.ON, Ikano Financial Services, and the Coal Authority, delivering change as diverse as business diversification, new propositions, new systems, implementation of regulations, process improvements, etc.

- ANALYSIS and BUSINESS PROCESS (RE)DESIGN – process, system and customer journey change, creating business requirements and functional specs, process models, etc., full project life-cycle, mentoring, facilitating, negotiating, interviewing, presenting and workshops (incl. project kick-off)
