Business Requirements Analysis

This is the process of discovering, analysing, defining, and documenting the requirements that are related to a specific business objective, including:

  • Formulating business requirements from complex, ambiguous and/or abstract high level objectives and (government) standards,
  • Delivering business process, IS and customer journey change from project kick off to implementation
  • Dealing with project complexity in the form of multiple inter-related systems, multiple stakeholders across several departments with conflicting perspectives, and multiple organisations’ project resources
  • Creating business requirements specifications, baseline documentation, functional specifications, process models, user stories
  • Ensuring adherence to requirements throughout IS and process redesign, including MI
  • Providing support for system and user acceptance testing
